Steering the ship in the right direction
For Galika we created clear company website text as well as a breakdown of services for internal and external use
The brief
Galika CEO Antonio Galván Luna originally approached us because they wanted to let the world know what they did as a business and what made them stand out from the crowd. They initially just wanted text for the company brochure, but we ended up creating text for their website too.
How we did it
We did the research
It’s always interesting to discover what makes a company tick. To do so, we read up the information available on their website putting ourselves in the position of a potential client. This led to some questions.
We listened
The questions opened up a treasure trove of information that Antonio was more than willing to share during a series of calls. Often, one answer led to another question, which sometimes required more research from both ends.
We found the story
Together, we realised that the human connection, along with the metaphor of steering a ship in the right direction was the story that Galika wished to tell.
What success looks like
The organizational development consultancy firm were elated that Ittra had managed to find the words they couldn’t: “We were really surprised that [Ittra founder and consultant] Veronica helped us put together a coherent narrative of our essence, our services, and our ways of working using the right words, the right sequence, and the right style,” comments Antonio.
In Antonio’s words, “By asking us questions and really understanding us, [Veronica] created a very engaging story of our organization which is exactly what we were looking for, all the while being clear and direct.”
